Vinyasa Yoga
Erin comes from the USA and she is an E-RYT500 teacher. She loves teaching Power Yoga and Dynamic Vinyasa classes. She is also specialised in Meditation techniques. She is a kind empathetic teacher and her classes are highly enjoyable.

Isabella Guschel
Yin Yoga
Isabella is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200h) with specializations in Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama. In addition, she is trained in Reiki energy healing and certified as a Women’s Holistic Health Coach. With her diverse qualifications, Isabella supports people holistically — both physically and mentally — helping them cultivate balance and a healthy lifestyle.

Mobility Yoga
Lisa is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200h) and specializes in Mobility Yoga – a holistic concept that combines flexibility, strength, and regeneration. Through her training and personal passion for sports, she integrates elements of functional training, yoga, and mindful breathing into her classes.
Her sessions are characterized by ease, clarity, and joy of movement. For Lisa, it’s not about perfection but about bringing body and mind into balance and giving you tools for greater well-being in everyday life.
