Mom-Baby Yoga & Pilates in Salzburg – Postnatal Recovery, Bonding & Well-being

 

Are you looking for gentle exercise after giving birth in Salzburg? Our mom-baby yoga and Pilates classes provide targeted support during your recovery – physically, emotionally, and mentally – while strengthening your bond with your baby.

 

In a safe and relaxed atmosphere, the focus is on:

  • the reconstruction of the core

  • the healing of a rectus diastasis

  • strengthening the pelvic floor

  • the relief of back pain and incontinence

  • conscious breathing and good posture

 

The exercises are specifically tailored to the needs of postpartum—supported mindfully, effectively, and lovingly. Your baby is naturally present—breastfeeding, cuddling, and breaks are always welcome.

Our mom-baby classes in Salzburg are aimed at moms starting approximately 6 weeks after birth (with doctor's approval). Previous experience in yoga or Pilates is not necessary.
