Our Yin Yoga training allows you to explore and understand your experiences and emotions as you explore yourself more deeply and get closer to your inner drive.
The uniqueness of this Yin program lies in the comprehensive range of embodiment practices that address both the physical and mental aspects and offer a necessary respite in today's hectic, Yang-heavy Western culture.
During the training, different practices are deepened and combined, including Yin Yoga, Yoga Asanas, embodiment practices, breathing exercises, music, meditation, Yoga Nidra, fascia work, silence and somatic awareness.
A central focus of the program is working with emotions. In a world full of emotional rollercoasters, it is crucial to maintain an honest and open dialogue with yourself. This will enable you to shape your life with self-determination and in natural harmony with yourself and your surroundings.
We support your healing journey through mindful integration into your practice, where stillness and deep listening play a significant role. These practices help you harmonize your body and facilitate your journey from the outer world to your inner world.
