If you want more reach for your course or workshop, we offer our Bliss Marketing Package:

Price: €89 incl. VAT per course / workshop / event

Services include:

• A short course description (max. 500 characters)

• An appealing picture (or portrait)

House Rules & Rental Conditions for Bliss Yoga Salzburg

Bliss Yoga Salzburg provides the following rooms:

• Room Hamsa (approx. 53 m², max. 15 people)

• Room Ganesh (approx. 68 m², max. 20 people)

Rental Conditions & Payment

• For regularly scheduled courses, payment is made monthly in advance. Bliss Yoga Salzburg issues an invoice. The rental fee must be received by the 5th of the month in the landlord’s account.

• For single events or weekend bookings: 100% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking.

Late payment: Statutory default interest applies (4% for private individuals, 9.2% from Jan 1, 2024, for legal entities) plus reminder fees.

Termination

Termination by the landlord:
Bliss Yoga Salzburg is entitled to terminate the contract at any time if:

• The tenant does not use the premises in accordance with the rental conditions.

• The reputation or safety of the yoga center is endangered.

• Rental conditions change on the landlord’s side.

• Force majeure occurs (e.g. water or electrical damage).

• The tenant is in default of payment.

• Insolvency of the tenant.

• If the room is not left in a clean and orderly condition after use, the landlord reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of up to €100. Examples include:

  • Candles: Not blown out or not safely extinguished, creating a fire hazard.

  • Untidiness: Yoga mats, blocks, cushions, or blankets not stored properly, leaving the room cluttered.

  • Waste: Garbage or personal items not disposed of in bins or placed in the dishwasher.

  • Bottles: Empty bottles or drinks left behind after the event.

Termination by the tenant:

• For rentals up to 2 months: no early termination possible.

• For rentals of 2–6 months: one month’s notice period, always effective at the end of the month.

Room Use & Cleaning

• A tea kitchen and sanitary facilities are available for shared use. The tenant is responsible for keeping these clean and usable for parallel operation in Bliss Yoga Salzburg.

• Cabinets and computer equipment are not available for use and must remain accessible.

• A 15-minute break is usually scheduled between booked sessions. Deviations must be discussed with the landlord.

• After the event or course, trash bins in the women’s changing room and restrooms must be emptied, and dishes placed in the dishwasher.

• For bookings of 3 days or more, a flat fee of €35 applies, covering final cleaning, fresh towels, toilet paper, and other materials.

Cancellation policy for single events / weekend bookings:

• From 14 days before the event: 25%

• From 7 days before the event: 50%

• Less than 7 days: 100%

• At least €25 in any case.

House Rules

• The landlord commits to providing the rooms in a proper condition. The tenant commits to leaving them in the same condition.

• Evening events must end by 10:00 pm due to legal quiet hours, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord.

Liability

The tenant is obliged to keep the entrance door closed during the course. Failure to comply will endanger the safety of the studio and may result in termination of the rental contract.
