The Prenatal Yoga course at our studio offers you a wonderful opportunity to connect with your growing baby on a physical, mental, and emotional level while also preparing for childbirth.

Our prenatal yoga classes are led by experienced and compassionate teachers who are specially trained to meet the needs of expectant mothers. The course is designed to support the unique physical changes you experience during pregnancy, helping you build strength, release stress, and find deep relaxation.

During the sessions, we will focus on gentle and safe postures (asanas) that aim to improve flexibility, stability, and posture. We will also practice breathing techniques (pranayama) to help you stay calm and prepare for mindful, relaxed breathing during labor.

The prenatal yoga course also includes space for meditation and relaxation techniques, reducing stress and fostering a deeper connection to your body and baby. You’ll meet a supportive community of other expectant mothers, providing opportunities to share experiences and connect.

Our prenatal yoga classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy, including beginners. We adapt the practices individually to your needs and abilities, ensuring you always feel safe and comfortable throughout the course.

It is recommended to consult your doctor or midwife before starting prenatal yoga to ensure it is suitable for you and your baby.
